Located in the Wellington CBD, our trainers pride themselves on not just having a positive impact on your physical health, but on all aspects of your well-being. After working with over a thousand individuals, from all different backgrounds, we understand the importance of addressing each individual as a whole, and making sure we understand their key driving forces.
While working with one of our trainers, you will know right away that your success, not only from a physical perspective, but in all aspects of your life, is of key importance to us. Our happiness is seeing you flourish both inside, and outside of the gym.
We take every single individual we engage with, through a “SET YOUR INTENTION,” one-on-one coaching session so that we can firstly develop a key understanding of your goals. Even from this, we have given numerous individuals the tools to get started on their journey towards a better life.
“SET YOUR INTENTION'“
From this point onwards, we train our members weekly in either 30-45min time blocks, often multiple times a week, depending on their needs. We assess this on a case by case basis.
